Where all children are valued for their individuality

Busy Bee Learning Center
The Busy Bee Learning Center provides high quality child care for children ages 6 weeks to kindergarten. High quality child care is characterized by high staff to child ratios, small groups of children and well-trained staff offering developmentally appropriate curriculum. The center strives to meet the standards set by the Quality Rating Improvement Scale (a voluntary program) and the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. The center strives to meet the child care needs for residents of Lee and surrounding towns. We seek to reflect the diversity of the community.

Summer Recreation Camp
The LYA Summer Rec Camp is held at Lee Elementary School in June and July and then at St. Mary’s School for the month of August.  It is for children entering grades 1 through grade 8.

Biddy Baseball

LMHS/LYA College and Career Fair
The LMHS/LYA Career Fair engages LMHS students with local businesses, colleges, military branches, and others to help them learn more about potential career or college paths they may pursue when they graduate from high school.

After School Program
Grades K-6. Our after school program runs every day after school throughout the school year from immediately after school until 5:30 pm at the Lee Elementary School.

Basketball House League & Travel Teams

History
The Lee Youth Association was established in 1980 as a gathering place for the youth of Lee. Since then, we’ve grown by leaps and bounds to now operate over 20 programs onsite and offsite serving a total enrollment of 850 young people from infant through young adult. We serve youth from Lee, Becket, Lenox, Otis, Pittsfield, Sandisfield, Stockbridge and Tyringham.
